I personally apologize that the system does not seem to be doing what it is meant to do. Please try to use it but if you have not heard back in 1-2 days,
call the office and let us know. I am rattling the sabers to get this fixed and have defined it as a "mission critical"
prolbem to fix.

discovered however, is that the patients will often get results before the providers have had a chance
to review them. Please be advised that we will atteempt to get in touch with you as soon as possible
and will try to phone you directly for any results that pose a major risk to your health or need immediate
attention. There will be times that information is automatically uploaded to your chart and you will see a
disturbing or confusing result before we do. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can and as soon
as we see something way out of the ordinary so please give us that chance. If you are very concerned and have
not heard from us you are welcome to either come in or leave us a message.
